As a writer, editor, and strategic communicator, my experience is focused in Human Resources, specifically the areas of learning and development, compensation, performance, talent management, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. I also have strong experience in health care-specific communications focused in nursing and a background with an emphasis in change management communications, staff retention, and workforce pipeline, and both creative and technical writing.

 

Outside of my professional expertise, my passions and interests include writing poetry and short stories, yoga and dance, fashion, art, dogs (so many dogs!), going to the beach as often as humanly possible, and comedy. Lots and lots of comedy.
